Role Expectations

What this role involves

We are looking for people who can contribute to a high-quality experience for dancers and families, both inside and outside the classroom.

Core Responsibilities

Teach classes with professionalism, warmth, and strong classroom leadership
Create a positive and engaging learning environment for dancers of varying ages and levels
Arrive prepared and on time for all classes, rehearsals, and related responsibilities
Communicate clearly and professionally with studio leadership and families when needed
Support student progress through consistent, high-quality instruction
Represent the Elev8 brand with maturity, care, and reliability

Ideal Qualifications

Dance teaching and/or dance training experience
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with children and families
Ability to lead with both kindness and structure
Professional presentation and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
A desire to be part of a studio culture that values excellence and growth
